Scarborough won the toss and elected to bat; amassing a big total of 252 runs after their allotted 60 overs. Following this mighty effort, was an all-round team performance in the field to bowl Bayswater-Morley all out for only 118 runs off 55 overs.
A special mention of Alex Chew's batting effort; lasting 54 overs to knock up his first ever century (127 off 173 balls, 11 x 4's). Alex's strong 128 run partnership with captain Matthew Johnson (55 off 80 balls, 5 x 4's) ensured it was going to take a massive effort from the opposition to steal the win.
Well done boys!
